Great Service

My family has been a customer of Heafner's since at least the 1990's, perhaps even before that. I can tell you personally that my husband & I have bought 10 vehicles personally since 2003. At the end of March, I purchased a 2025 GMC Terrain. I kind of had to jump through hoops to get a manual for the Terrain but that is another story. I scheduled the first maintenance visit for 6/14 - oil change, tire rotation, 27-point inspection for new vehicles, and attach the license plate bracket. We had storms that morning with very heavy rains. It wasn't until around 10:30 later that morning when I was finally able to look at the tires and realized they were not rotated. I called and spoke to Tyler who started to tell me he saw them being rotated and I immediately interrupted him and said no they weren't because I marked them then he said people make mistakes. Yes, they do, however this wasn't the first time it has happened to me there, just the first time that I called about it. He couldn't fit me back in so I had to make ANOTHER appointment for the following Saturday 6/21. The reason I didn't escalate and call managers is because Henry Heafner had just passed. I felt it would be disrespectful for me to keep complaining. I did not get an I'm sorry, we didn't mean to do that, sorry we missed that, hey here's a coupon for a future service.....nothing. Even when I came back on the 21st. I sat in the lobby and talked to Keith Heafner and some man named Mr. Bill about excellent customer service and how Keith was sent to Disney by GM for training way back in the day and how high he regards customer service. I thought about bringing up what happened the week before but after just losing a very important family member I figured it would still be disrespectful. I can't sit on top of y'all and watch my car being serviced. I have to trust that you will do what I'm paying for although this first visit was free. Please try and do better. I love the people here and the fast service but I also need to know that I/we are being taken care of and getting what we pay for. Thank you, Robin Clacher Adams
