I love Heafner Motors (Batesville, Mississippi). They are professional, friendly, and helpful. I do not want to go to any other dealership.

It was so hot. The air was out and there were no fans in the waiting area. I wasn’t even offered water. My worst experience there.

I dropped the truck off at dealership on a Sunday afternoon. I was contacted the next morning that the truck was brought in the shop to be diagnosed. The Service Manager and I discussed issue I was having with the truck. Two weeks later I called to check on progress made and was told that they are waiting on parts to arrive at dealership. From that moment on Mr. Rybolt kept me posted on estimated time of repair. Repair time did take a little longer than expected but I understand since I work in the Service Dept. in Agriculture that sometimes parts are located in different areas, parts are sometimes received damaged or delayed by weather and such. I was notified when repair was completed and so far the shifting in the transmission is just as good if not BETTER than when it was new. Thanks Guys

I showed up at the end of the workday to have my car appraised and look at new auto. My car was appraised and immediately and I was offered a test drive. My salesman, Luke, wrote up the buyers order, figured my incentive, and retrieved the balance for my GM rewards. I knew before I left what I would owe. Luke went above and beyond to make this the easiest car purchase. My car was delivered to my workplace and paper signed there. Great customer service, great salesman.

When they called to let me know the parts were in and I should bring my vehicle back, they shared that they were already working to paint the parts so my experience would be most efficient. Repair done quickly and even detailed the car before returning it to me a day earlier than anticipated.
